HOW TO SPA
Arrival: If this is your first visit to the Day
Spa we advise to arrive 10 minutes early to allow time to fill
out the consultation form. On arriving late, your treatment
will be shortened to endeavour the next person is not
inconvenienced.
What to wear: We provide all linen and clothing such as
robes & slippers to endeavour you enjoy your treatment and
maintaining your privacy at all times.

appointments need to be secured with a Visa/Mastercard
Cancellation Policy: Since we strive to
produce such personal service to our clients, no shows and
cancellations impact us significantly, therefore we have a strict
cancellation policy;
• A full fee is charged to your credit card for a no show
• A 50% fee is charged to your credit card for cancellations
made less than 24 hours
In the Spa: The spa
is an area of relaxation and tranquillity. We ask you to respect
other clients right to privacy and quiet. Please leave your mobile
phones off and as much as we all love children we recommend to
have organised child care for your sake and that of the other
clients.
